**Job Summary:**
As a Patient Care Representative at LifePoint Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support.

* Perform basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN, including monitoring vital signs and recording intake and output.
* Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation.
* Maintain patient rooms and common areas in a clean and orderly condition.
