- Schedule patient appointments for both new and existing patients.
- Perform routine administrative duties, including preparing patient charts/documents, insurance verifications, authorizations, data entry, and collection of payments.
- Complete opening/closing duties and other tasks as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- MS Office, basic office support skills, and basic math skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality, and amazing customer service skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with others.
- Spanish Speaking is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required.
