Position Summary
As a Seasonal Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our retail environment. Collaborating closely with the Operations Lead, your responsibilities will include managing in-store inventory, performing regular audits, and upholding exceptional visual merchandising standards to align with company expectations. In addition to operational duties, you will engage with customers, create a welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to meeting sales objectives. Your commitment to operational excellence and understanding of our processes will enhance the customer experience and foster loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Visual Merchandising
- Process customer transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth experience in an omnichannel setting.
- Efficiently manage returns, exchanges, and warranties in line with company policies.
- Maintain visual standards by verifying display pricing and promotions while monitoring inventory performance metrics.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts to ensure data accuracy and inventory levels.
- Support all front and back-of-house procedures in compliance with company protocols.
- Receive and document incoming and outgoing inventory shipments with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for operational improvement.
Sales Performance
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Ana Luisa brand and product range to assist customers effectively.
- Achieve sales targets through a customer-focused approach and in-depth product knowledge.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales metrics.
- Utilize company tools and strategies to support store-wide sales objectives.
Customer Engagement
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized service.
- Work with the team to cultivate a strong clientele and encourage repeat business.
- Participate in events and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
- Welcome customers warmly, creating an inviting shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry that complements their personal style.
- Gather and implement customer feedback to improve the shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience; jewelry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management systems.
- Customer-centric approach with strong communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a high-performance team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
