Job Title: Wholesale Operations Coordinator

The Wholesale Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of the Order to Delivery process, system management, and supporting the Wholesale team. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete sales order lifecycle from order inception to fulfillment, including new client setup and order confirmations.
  • Review and secure timely fulfillment of all orders, ensuring accuracy of shipments and documentation.
  • Closely collaborate with Commercial Customer Service, Finance, Operations, and Pricing Office to ensure timely and effective coordination of input and outgoing orders.
  • Support sales and address in-season demand through cross-functional coordination to leverage omni-channel inventory and available stock.
  • Track and manage all company inventory within the Indirect channel, identifying and proactively resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Create and streamline processes to help scale the business, supporting efforts including new or expanded models.
  • Manage return authorization and follow-through with returns up to finalizing the credit due.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • High proficiency with MS Office applications, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with order management systems
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and attentive to time-management and prioritization
  • Ability to resolve customer issues with little supervision
  • Self-motivated and able to work both as part of a team and independently
