**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Handling inbound/outbound calls, live chats, and emails with clients
  2. Maintaining account tasks and keeping detailed records
  3. Working with the Leadership team to share insights for efficiency and productivity

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • You're an efficient and highly organized self-starter who thrives in challenging situations
  • You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable on the phone
  • You can be self-sufficient but also a team player who can adapt to fast-paced environments
