Job Overview

Fisher Phillips is a leading international labor and employment law firm seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of computer systems, software, hardware, and remote access. They will also possess the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff, respond promptly to requests, and ensure timely resolutions.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware and software, supporting audio and video equipment conference room requests, and ensuring seamless office moves and conference room technology setup.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional user support via phone, email, and ticket requests.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve technical issues.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Support audio and video equipment conference room requests.
  • Ensure seamless office moves and conference room technology setup.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and three or more years of concentrated Service Desk experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects daily.
  • Demonstrate ability to grasp and implement new concepts quickly.

Estimated Salary: $37.14 - $44.43 per hour
