Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars for senior directors, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination of meetings and events.
- Process business expenses and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Assist with procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment and office supplies.
- Support talent acquisition activities, such as onboarding and equipment ordering.
- Provide general office support and complete special projects as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for calendar management.
- Strong skills in calendaring and scheduling.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Previous experience as a contractor or full-time employee in a financial services company.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition processes.
