Job Title: Digital Press Sales Development Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at eTeam. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our company by generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and setting up appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Qualification: Conduct initial outreach to prospects to understand their needs, qualify their interest level, and determine if they are a good fit for our products or services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities for them to pursue.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system, and effectively manage lead pipelines to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies, refine messaging, and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone and in person.
- Self-Motivated: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
- Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
- Willingness to Adapt: Willingness to adapt to evolving priorities and embrace continuous learning and development.
