About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Customer Outreach Representative to join our team at ASSA ABLOY. As a key member of our Customer Outreach Program, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and revenue within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Sales professionals to identify new business opportunities and grow revenue.
  • Train customers on new products and services, and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Partner with Regional Business Development Managers and the Door Security Solutions sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Four-year degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B inside sales, outside sales, or advanced customer relations role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
