Customer Greeter

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Greeter at our airport locations. As a Customer Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer lines and direct customers to the right location at the operation
  • Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Willingness to work outdoors
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Must be able to stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot for continuous periods and drive a variety of vehicles
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
