Job Overview

M.R. Williams Inc. is seeking a highly skilled District Sales Manager to lead our Regional Route Sales Representatives in the VA, MD, and DE markets. This role is responsible for driving new business development, analyzing store performance, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and Route Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop Regional Route Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Backup route trucks in surrounding areas to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and goal setting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and Route Sales Representatives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand sales revenue.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Good driving record and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
