Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
- Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen.
- Operate the beverage cart, providing refreshments and light snacks to golfers.
- Engage with golfers in a courteous manner, ensuring prompt service.
- Maintain an organized inventory of beverages and supplies on the cart.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Keep the beverage cart clean and well-stocked during shifts.
- Perform routine checks on the cart for safety and efficiency.
- Build rapport with guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas.
- Utilize the point-of-sale system for order processing.
- Provide menu recommendations and communicate dietary preferences to the kitchen.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Previous experience in customer service or a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Active Food Handler's Permit and Alcohol Service License upon hiring.
