Position Summary

We are in search of a proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives on acquiring new skills swiftly to join our operations team. With minimal oversight, you will be expected to foresee needs, take initiative, assist clients, and streamline processes. Your organizational skills and ability to cultivate relationships with colleagues, clients, and insurance carriers will be crucial. Utilizing your strong communication abilities and work ethic, you will apply analytical thinking, work autonomously, and anticipate the needs of the agency and inquiries from clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct underwriting and provide quotes using agency and multiple carrier systems
  • Update existing client insurance portfolios, including vehicle and mortgagee modifications
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client accounts, including coverage requests and confirmations
  • Assist with auto and homeowners claims processing
  • Prepare and communicate client correspondence effectively

Required Skills

  • A strong aptitude for both current and emerging technologies
  • Experience with Applied Epic is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, DocuSign, Zoom, and Adobe applications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
