Job Summary:

This role will play a pivotal part in overseeing the registration process for annual meetings, internal events, and regional gatherings utilizing the CVENT registration system. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire registration lifecycle, from initial planning to on-site execution, ensuring seamless experiences for customers and HQ staff alike. Additionally, this position will provide support to the Event Management team in various duties as needed throughout the year, including major conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement all aspects of registration for events managed by the Event Management department using the CVENT registration system.
  • Provide exceptional customer-centric service to attendees via email and phone, ensuring prompt and thorough responses to inquiries.
  • Oversee the entire registration process on-site during events, including pre-show badge printing, registration area setup, and lead contact for HQ staff.
  • Maintain and update the MAX Center Events Page to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Deliver timely and detailed registration reports to the Event Management team and other internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the CVENT registration system, continually exploring ways to optimize its use and enhance the registration experience.
  • Manage the Executive Events Calendar, ensuring timely distribution of information to internal teams.
  • Effectively communicate event information to potential and existing participants, promoting increased event enrollment.
  • Collaborate with the internal Communications team to provide CVENT-ready graphics and verbiage.
  • Develop and maintain Event mobile Applications for Conferences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience
  • 1-3 Years of Experience
  • No Experience Needed in Management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to travel to two main events: RE/MAX Convention (March timeframe) and RE/MAX Conference (August timeframe). Additional travel may be required.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000

Actual compensation offered to the candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry-specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
