**About the Job:** We are seeking behavior technicians to work with children diagnosed with ASD, ages 3 through 21, in their homes. The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, energy, and reliability, as well as prior behavioral training or experience working with children with special needs.

Responsibilities:
• Implement curricula developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to increase functional life and academic skills.
• Implement behavior plans designed to decrease challenging behaviors and increase functional communication behaviors.
• Collect and record behavioral data to monitor the child's progress.
• Make learning fun for children with ASD.
• Work together with parents to teach various skills to children.
• Collaborate with a therapy team.

Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Baccalaureate degree program in psychology, social work, education, or a human service-related field.
• Reliable transportation preferred (driving is a plus).
• Enthusiasm, energy, and reliability.
• Prior behavioral training or experience working with children with special needs is a plus.
• Proficiency or experience in other languages (especially Greek, Mandarin, Cantonese, Albanian, Polish, and Spanish) is a plus.

Benefits:
We offer competitive pay for part-time positions. All employees will be sponsored for Registered Behavioral Technician training and supervision. In addition, qualified candidates will be eligible for student loan repayment assistance after a probationary period. Students enrolled in a BACB-approved and NYS LQ graduate program in behavior analysis will receive textbook reimbursement assistance. We also offer BACB supervision for candidates interested in pursuing their BCBA certification, as well as supervision leading to NYS Licensure in Behavior Analysis.
