We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Apex Therapeutic Services. As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality occupational therapy services to children of all ages.

Salary: $78-$80 per hour

About the Role:

This is a full-time or part-time position that involves working with children based on their individual needs and goals established by their physicians and parents. You will help families with problem-solving skills to maintain the child's home and school routines and activities.

You will be responsible for promoting self-esteem within the family and community, adapting to the child's disability, and motivating children to participate in their own treatment. Effective communication with other professionals who work with your patients is also essential.

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be comfortable answering questions about their profession and field of practice, and be able to document pediatric occupational therapy services and clinical assessments using professional terminology.
