Office Manager Assistant

WellView Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated Assistant Office Manager to support the engagement of individuals in our community and provide high-quality health services. The role of an Assistant Manager is vital to meeting our mission to provide compassionate and informative care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Office Manager in the day-to-day management of staffing, including waiting room flow, outreach driver routing strategies, HIV Counseling, and lab fulfillment.
- Execute patient prescription management by ensuring patient insurance eligibility, prescription fulfillment, and prescription logistics.
- Support the ARNP in patient assistance and prior authorization with insurance providers.
- Assist in troubleshooting pharmacy and insurance billing issues and ensuring adequate systems checks are reviewed to prevent billing issues.
- Aid in patient support in obtaining co-payment cards and patient assistance programs.
- Participate in staff meetings to communicate changes and address issues that need to be discussed.
- Point of Contact for customer concerns/complaints and actively participate in continuous quality improvement of services rendered to WVC clients.
- Monitor all outpatient points of service to continually check for new areas that may qualify for the 340B program.
- Practice safety, environmental, and/or infection control methods.
Requirements:
- Experience in office management and patient care.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of 340B program regulations and compliance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
