Executive Director Opportunity

A leading non-profit organization is seeking a seasoned Executive Director to drive its strategic growth and community engagement. Aspen Personnel Service is proud to partner with this esteemed organization to find the ideal candidate for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Board Relations: Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Membership Services: Develop and maintain membership programs, including software management and database maintenance, to foster a vibrant community.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate annual community events, leveraging collaboration with volunteers and staff to ensure successful execution.
  • Strategic Leadership: Foster a positive organizational culture, encouraging member involvement and community engagement, while working closely with the Board to drive strategic growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a non-profit organization, with expertise in financial management and event planning.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in membership management software and general office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse membership base.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a Board of Directors and manage multiple priorities effectively.
