- Prepare documentation for labor costs and maintain accurate records.
- Understand and follow all policies and procedures dictated by the administration, suggesting and implementing necessary changes and improvements.
- Act in the best interests of the restaurant and beverage service, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
- Ensure team member safety by maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and recovery.

Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently with the Point of Sale and back office computer system.
- Ability to lift, bend, and move goods weighing up to 50 pounds on occasion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and guests.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience
