We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Associate to join our dynamic team at Paragon Hotel Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and guest-ready appearance of the outlet, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Understand and implement the company's mission statement, values, and culture at all times.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a branded food and beverage position, preferably in a quality hotel.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on multitasking and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including menu items, preparation methods, and beverage choices.
  • Ability to operate a property management system and process guest charges and gratuities accurately.
Work Environment and Context:

The ideal candidate will be able to perform major life activities, including standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating.

  • Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reach.
  • Long hours sometimes required, with a varying work schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 60 pounds.
  • Knowledge of safety and security practices, including emergency procedures.
