We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team in the Behavior Unit. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our students with exceptional needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to students with behavioral challenges
- Assist with lesson planning and implementation
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behavioral plans
- Monitor and report student progress
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with students with exceptional needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
