Job Title: Sales Consultant - Community Developer

Manuel Builders LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant - Community Developer to join our team. As a Sales Consultant - Community Developer, you will be responsible for leading the effort to implement and execute strategy for a designated market, ensuring the highest possible customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional sales goals.
  • Maintain existing customers and future clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and marketing teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
  • Train sales teams to improve sales goals and meet expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-3 years of business development, sales, and/or marketing experience.

Work Environment and Schedule:

Fall/winter hours are 9:30 A.M – 5:30 P.M. Spring/Summer hours are 10:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. 5 day work week, off one Saturday a month, closed on Sunday, and additional work may be necessary during events, meetings, etc.
