Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex projects, including roadway design, drainage design, and geometric design
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver high-quality results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in multimodal transportation and civil engineering
Requirements
  • Professional Engineering license in OH (other Midwest states a plus)
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering
  • At least 10 years of engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering large and complex projects on time and on budget
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
