We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Door-to-Door Sales Professional to join our team in the greater Cleveland area. As a valued member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to work with a renowned company that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality window replacement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories, leveraging your excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with homeowners.
  • Accurately record data on prospective customers and market areas using our mapping program and business applications.
  • Represent Renewal by Andersen at all times with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to our strict standards for uniform and appearance.
  • Attend company meetings as required and collaborate with the Canvassing Program Manager to improve the effectiveness of our canvassing program.
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are eager to earn uncapped commission in addition to a base pay starting at $20 per hour. Our comprehensive compensation package includes variable mileage reimbursement, a 401(k) plan, and opportunities for professional development and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum age of 18 to be covered under our company driving insurance policy.
  • Reliable transportation to navigate through assigned territories.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and goal-oriented self-motivation.
  • Able to navigate multiple platforms on tablets and physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles per day.
