Position Overview:

Role Summary:
Accountable for driving net revenue and profit (EBITDA) targets within the designated region.

Delivers service and sales assistance to key accounts by orchestrating services, assessing existing business partnerships, and formulating, presenting, managing, and executing new business initiatives for these significant accounts.


Key Responsibilities:
Client acquisition and retention strategies. Identify prospects; engage with; present to; and secure new business opportunities. Act as the primary business liaison for the client while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Expected to consistently deliver exceptional customer service to accounts, while advocating for client needs and objectives within the organization to guarantee quality service.


Core Duties:

Job Functions:


Achieves total net revenue and profit (EBITDA) goals for the assigned region, primarily focused on generating new business to enhance overall market presence.

Accounts may include, but are not limited to, healthcare facilities, medical professionals, and home health organizations influenced by competitors or those referral sources with limited account engagement.


Serves as the main point of contact between the account and the branch, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.


Conducts all aspects of sales activities for the assigned region, including analyzing client requirements and sales prospects, presenting KPH Healthcare Services' offerings, negotiating partnership agreements, and managing account servicing and follow-up as needed.

Facilitates all collaborative sales efforts at both branch and corporate levels.

Maintains a cooperative relationship with other divisions of KPH Healthcare Services to leverage necessary resources for account servicing.

Identifies and targets new business models for evaluation by senior sales leadership and key account members. Develops, implements, and oversees contractual agreements for business opportunities.

Acts as a catalyst for promoting favorable growth in core therapy admissions month over month and year over year.

Participates in all scheduled sales conference calls and regular branch meetings.

Regular travel is required.

Performs additional duties as assigned.

Serves as Process Owner as designated.

Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:
Knowledge equivalent to that typically acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

Experience:


Three to five years of demonstrated success and progressively responsible sales experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.


Licensure Requirements:
Valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage as per KPH Healthcare Services' policy.

Job Skill Requirements:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Proficient in writing reports and business correspondence.

Must possess strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
