The COO will be instrumental in enhancing workflows and will significantly contribute to the company’s expansion into both existing and new markets, aligning with our growth objectives. Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO, the COO will support the leadership of the organization and will be a vital resource, providing insights across various operational aspects.

- Setting measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), and educating the team on their significance.
- Championing organizational culture, emphasizing empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement with a client-centric focus.
- Managing operating budgets and expenditures effectively.
- Facilitating operational integration during the establishment of new regional offices or acquisitions.
- Enhancing systems and procedures through automation and best practices in technology.
- Developing talent within the organization through mentorship and guidance.
Performance Metrics:

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a strong preference for candidates with proven experience in Association or Property Management. Previous roles as COO, VP of Operations, or Senior Regional Manager are highly desirable. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, expertise in developing effective systems and processes, and a solid understanding of business software.
