Job Title: Vice President, Asset Management and FP&A

Everstory Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to lead our Asset Management and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our location portfolio and implementing an efficient and effective capital investment program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the lifecycle of all company assets, from acquisition and operations to maintenance and renewal.
  • Develop and implement a large capital expenditure budget and manage the strategic deployment of the budget.
  • Provide input on short- and long-term strategic plans for the location assets and make recommendations to the Executive Committee.
  • Monitor the operating performance of the assets to ensure maximum return on investment and create a grading system to rank assets.
  • Partner with field leadership to understand inventory needs by location and develop a deployment strategy for inventory.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in asset management or similar field with a proven track record of enhancing asset performance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial terms and principles, with the ability to conduct complex financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective professional relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft applications and property management software.
