This position offers the flexibility of remote work along with a company vehicle for on-site evaluations.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses exceptional judgment, thrives under pressure, and demonstrates outstanding organizational and customer service skills. Effective time management is essential to navigate the various responsibilities of a typical workday.

  • Initiate timely communication with policyholders and perform field assessments.
  • Manage claims from start to finish, encompassing investigation, documentation, coverage evaluation, and subrogation/salvage analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner agencies.
  • Participate in emergency response efforts as required, which may involve travel across the country for up to four weeks.
This position may be ideal for you if:
  • You have prior experience in property claims, with a preference for catastrophe experience.
  • You are skilled in assessing, diagramming, and estimating damages.
  • Knowledge of mobile home and dwelling construction is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • Relevant industry training, certifications, or coursework (such as AIC, CPSU, SCLA) are preferred.
  • You must be capable of lifting, carrying, setting up, and climbing ladders with loads exceeding 35 pounds.
