**About the Opportunity:**
We are looking for a dedicated LPN to work in a fast-paced inpatient mental health setting.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assess patients' physical needs and administer medication as prescribed by physicians
* Admit, discharge, and transfer patients based on physician orders
* Assist with procedures and physical exams
* Record progress notes and other data into patients' medical records
* Draw blood, collect vital signs, and conduct checks of treatment rooms
* Perform other duties as needed
**Requirements:**
* 1+ year of clinical nursing experience
* Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
* NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
* BLS certification
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 1+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
