We are seeking an experienced LPN Team Lead to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a LPN Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of quality patient care services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency standards.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the provision of comprehensive patient care services.
- Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care services.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Valid and active LPN license in New York State.
- One to three years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
