The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for the overall performance of the customer service representatives and dispatchers within the contact center. This individual will make strategic decisions regarding people, processes, technology, dispatch, and customer service, ensuring the success of the contact center team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives and dispatchers to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service level agreements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the contact center.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer service and dispatch operations.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to type proficiently with accuracy.
