Job Title: Customer Service Associate

At MasterBrand Cabinets, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
