Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee a team of Production Workers, ensuring the quality of products, production yield, and timely deliveries. This is a 2nd shift position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of direct reports within the operations team
  • Prepare financial forecasts and annual operating plans
  • Conduct performance appraisals
  • Drive Continuous Improvement in the assigned sector
  • Monitor team and individual performance
  • Optimize manufacturing performance metrics
  • Ensure operators are properly trained in processes and Health & Safety protocols
  • Implement Lean projects and NPI initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Industrial/Manufacturing/Engineering/Supply Chain leading role
  • Ability to manage priorities under deadlines
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or comparable discipline
  • Proven performance management skills
  • Ability to analyze and present production data to support improvements
  • Knowledge of Lean, value stream, and process management
  • Effective communication skills
  • Working knowledge of environmental, health, safety, and quality regulations
