Job Title: Director of Finance

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team at Herbein HR Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in all aspects of Operational Accounting, Financial Reporting, Analysis, and Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Accounting
  • Budgeting, Forecasting, and Trending
  • Financial Statements and lead Quarterly presentations to the Board
  • Monthly Financial Covenants, Borrowing base, and MD&A preparations
  • Financial Analysis and Profit Margin Analysis
  • Treasury and Compliance operations
  • Audits and Tax preparations
  • PE and M&A experience is a plus

Requirements:

  • 10 years of progressive experience in Accounting & Finance functions
  • Proven track record of getting things done
  • Self-motivated and able to handle issues with a focus on resolution
  • Drive to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Master's degree with or without a CPA is a plus
