Chief Financial Officer

Herbein HR Consulting is seeking a seasoned Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Lead financial analysis and reporting to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
• Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree with or without a CPA is a plus
• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance functions
• Proven track record of driving financial growth and improving operational efficiency
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights
