About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loss Control Specialist to join our team at InsurSolv, LLC. As a Loss Control Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify potential risks and hazards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties to identify physical characteristics, exterior measurements, and general conditions.
  • Document findings and provide recommendations to clients to help them determine whether a risk meets their eligibility requirements.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, setting your own schedule to accommodate client needs.
Requirements:
  • Be an energetic and analytical individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and concise reports.
  • Be self-disciplined and organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of inspections and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • VIITA Certification or previous experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, life safety, firefighting, general contracting, or property management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and other relevant software.
