Aerospace Facilities Transformation Plan Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Project Coordinator to join our team at our aerospace facility in Spokane, WA. This role will play a critical part in the execution of our Facilities Transformation Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in project design meetings and contribute innovative ideas for improvement
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical challenges, developing effective solutions
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate team members to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are up-to-date, properly filed, and stored
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
  • Communicate with team members to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 1-3 years' experience
  • Maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is required
  • 3-5 years of Coordinator or Supervisory experience is necessary
  • Candidates must be able to perform planned/preventative maintenance
  • Administration/customer service skills are essential
  • Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be a US Citizen

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
