Job Title: Commercial Construction Project Coordinator

This position is available for a full-time hourly employee in Spokane, WA. The compensation is based on a 40hr per week schedule and ranges from $17-$22/hour depending on experience.

The company overview highlights that our client is a highly sought-after, stable, and prestigious General Contractor home-based in San Diego, but with a presence in Eastern Washington State (Spokane, WA). They are currently in need of a Commercial Construction Project Coordinator who has worked in the construction space in the past.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing subcontractor bids, organizing project documents, and working with government agencies to pull permits. You will also assist in managing subcontractor databases and maintaining plan lists and project contact lists.

To succeed in this position, you should have 2-4 years of construction administration experience/knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft Office, pdf software, and Procore. A high school graduate with strong organizational skills, good oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
