Job Title: Clinical Nursing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Native Project.

As a Clinical Nursing Supervisor, you will provide leadership and guidance to our medical department, overseeing patient care coordination, supervision of medical assistants, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical assessment and triage skills, excellent leadership and team-building abilities, and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. The working conditions are performed in a clinic setting with extended periods of standing, walking, and interacting with patients and staff. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required for special projects or patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee patient triage calls, assessing the urgency and nature of patient concerns to determine appropriate care pathways.
  • Provide clinical support during patient visits, including advanced nursing assessments, wound care, immunizations, and health education.
  • Collaborate with providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Supervise medical assistants, including assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Conduct regular team huddles and ensure efficient workflow within the medical team.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new medical assistants to ensure competency and alignment with organizational standards.
