About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Transformation Coordinator to join our team in Spokane, WA.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Facilities Manager to execute the Facilities Transformation Plan, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements as needed
  • Evaluate potential problems and develop solutions to mitigate them
  • Plan and manage project schedules, goals, and new information
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate team members to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Manage project-related paperwork by maintaining accurate records
  • Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
  • Communicate with team members to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures
Requirements
  • HS Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with 1-3 years' experience
  • Maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
  • 3-5 years Coordinator or Supervisory experience
  • Able to perform planned/preventative maintenance
  • Administration/customer service skills
  • A US Citizen

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits that include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
