Job Overview

Volt Workforce Solution is immediately hiring for a Project Coordinator in Spokane, WA.

Estimated Salary:

$45.00-$55.00 per hour based on education, work experience, and certifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit or refine requirements to write the Order Specification Document (OSD) for an unambiguous description of technical requirements.
  • Manage project success by developing a detailed plan with phase gating to monitor and track project schedule, cost, and scope.
  • Sustain customer relationships through regular project status meetings and effective communication.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to execute projects smoothly.
  • Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on project progress and report to executive management.
  • Identify and resolve issues, manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and ensure successful project completion.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and conduct post mortems to identify best practices and lessons learned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited university plus a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a similar environment.
  • Working knowledge of project methodologies.
  • PMP certification and/or ongoing PMP education required.
