We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Human Resource Coordinator to join our team at Volunteers of America Oklahoma (VOAOK). As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees with HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and pre-employment testing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR or employee-focused administrative role is required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
