Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR department in various administrative and clerical tasks, including recruitment, employee records, and HR processes.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, phone screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide support to employees with day-to-day HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including new hire paperwork and processes, and pre-employment testing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

  • A broad knowledge of HR business pillars, including their best practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR or employee-focused, administrative role is required.
