Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Data Infrastructure: Design and implement adaptive processes for standardization, automation, and scalability across the department.
- Data Quality and Consolidation: Manage data quality and consolidation across multiple batched and/or streaming ingestion sources.
- Database Management: Develop and maintain databases to store and organize large datasets.
- OneStream Application Administration: Manage the OneStream application as an administrator, loading data from Snowflake, maintaining business rules, and creating cube view reports.
- Data Visualization: Create visualizations, including charts and dashboards, to communicate findings and KPIs to stakeholders and executives.
- Process Improvement: Research existing data processing workflows and make recommendations for corrections and improvements for higher efficiency.
- Project Management: Project manage multiple ongoing activities, coordinating IT and internal team resources to better understand how information is stored, modeled, and tagged.
- ETL Workflow Development: Design and develop ETL workflows and train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
- Data Governance: Ensure data governance policies and security measures are implemented.
- Experience: Proven working experience as a Data Analyst for over 5 years.
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of data lakes, data models, data warehousing, analytics, and business intelligence.
- ETL and Data Tools: Experience with ETL and utilizing different tech stacks, including SQL Service Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, Azure, Snowflake, Alteryx Designer and Server, Excel, etc.
- OneStream Application: Experience with the OneStream application is a strong plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Highly motivated problem solver with the ability to think critically.
