The Clinical Specialist position requires a strong clinical background to support Territory Managers in covering Prosthetic Urology procedures in the Operating Room and Physician Clinics. Building relationships and gaining the trust of key physicians and operating room staff is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, specialty product usage, and customer training.
- Attend cases in customer accounts and advise physicians on clinical attributes and techniques associated with our products.
- Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations.
- Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative solutions or working with other personnel to develop optimal solutions.
- Ensure timely collection and reporting of medical documentation pertaining to procedural device operation.
- Fully support the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of work and maintaining compliance to quality requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or Nursing Degree.
- Outside sales experience preferred.
- Patient care experience preferred (medical technician, medical assistant, nurse, nurse assistant, physical or occupational therapist or assistant, assisted living care provider).
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Dependability, perseverance, flexibility, and ability to make sound judgments.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities to meet required deadlines.
