About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Events Manager to join our team at Jazwares. As a key member of our events team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of global events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of global events, ensuring seamless logistics, on-site coordination, and effective communication.
  • Comprehensive Event Planning: Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive event plans, including logistics, budgeting, and timelines.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal departments, including marketing and creative services, to develop engaging event collateral, promotional materials, and presentations.
  • Sample Management: Manage the samples process from selection to execution for all Global Events.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations and analyses to measure the effectiveness of events and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in event management, preferably within the toy industry or a related consumer products sector.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & G-Suite, experience in event management with multiple events at the same time, well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work well in a fast-paced and changing environment, effective managerial skills with the ability to train and inspire a team, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
