Join Our Team as a Product Solutions Consultant

Camping World is excited to welcome a Product Solutions Consultant to our expanding team.

As a Product Solutions Consultant, you will engage directly with customers to identify their unique product requirements and provide accurate pricing estimates for specific installations before appointments are scheduled.

The Product Solutions Consultant plays a vital role within the sales team, collaborating closely with the service team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage daily with customers to highlight specialized product offerings and installation services.
  • Assess each project for appropriate sizing, color selection, and placement prior to scheduling installation.
  • Keep meticulous records of prepayment logs and update customers on the status of their projects.
  • Coordinate installation appointments with designated service personnel.
  • Oversee daily parts inventory and receive components necessary for installations.
  • Examine vehicles to confirm that the correct parts have been ordered.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the process.
  • Ensure a safe and tidy workspace for both customers and colleagues.
  • May undergo cross-training to assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience with RV or camping products is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in daily computer usage and internet navigation.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Service Department protocols is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license may be necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Willingness to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend as required.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $14.00-$18.35 per hour.
