About the Role
InnoTECH Staffing is looking for an experienced Junior Engineering Project Manager to assist in the development of a groundbreaking medical device. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company in Southern New Hampshire. As a Junior Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with daily project activities, solving technical challenges, and managing resource conflicts. You will work closely with the Project Manager and technical team leaders to identify, plan, and drive deliverables. Your goal will be to help define and manage task priorities based on high-level project goals and constraints.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering, with a minimum of 3+ years experience in a regulated environment, preferably in the medical device industry. Additionally, you should have 1+ years experience with electro-mechanical devices with embedded software. Strong organizational and coordination skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and ability to juggle multiple activities are also essential. High energy, drive, commitment, self-initiative, and perseverance to drive projects forward to completion are required. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as ability to communicate technically with various engineering disciplines, are a must.
