Innovative Mechanical Engineering Project Lead

InnoTECH Staffing is looking for a highly skilled Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager to lead product development projects in Southern New Hampshire. As part of our product development team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely project delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in mechanical design for manufacturability in high-precision/high-volume manufacturing environments. We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
Your compensation package includes a competitive salary range of approximately $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
About the Role
As a Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include managing project activities related to process and tooling validation, assisting with daily project tasks to achieve results, working closely with the project manager and technical team leaders to drive deliverables, defining and managing task priorities based on high-level project goals and constraints, and helping to implement process improvements to ensure overall product quality meets company standards.
