Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Human Resources Assistant at Proskauer. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the firm's HR operations and support the success of its employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Business Services staff throughout various stages of the employee life cycle.
  • Monitor and respond to HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist in coordinating performance management processes, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Facilitate scheduling and logistics for new hire and annual workplace respect training across all U.S. offices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Benefits and Compensation

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000.
